مولد الدوامات في كثير من الطائرات ، تثبت على أسطح الأجنحة.
○ وهي عباره عن شرائح معدنية صغيرة ، تسمى"مولدات الزوابع وهي تحافظ على تدفق الهواء في زوايا الهجوم القصوى (higher angles of attack) ، مما يؤدي إلى تأخير (stall).
○ تستخدم أيضًا في الطائرات الأسرع من الصوت للحفاظ على سطوح التحكم فعالة بسرعات عالية ، و كذلك على أجسام المحركات.
● مصطلح AOA) Angle of Attack) :
هي عبارة عن الزاوية بين chord line و the direction to reltive wind .
○ chord line
وهو عباره عن خط وهي يمتد من نقطة leading edge الي نقطة trailing edge .
leading edge : هي النقطة الي تقع في بداية من مقطع الجناح .
trailing edge : هي النقطة الي تبع في نهاية مقطع الجناح .
○ من فوائد AOA :
انها تزيد من قوة Lift اي من قوة الرفع للطائرة .
○ من مضار AOA :
انها لو زادت عن حدها راح تسبب stall للطائرة ، و هي نوع من انواع المشاكل .
○ المهم ان لكل طائرة توجد Angle of Attack معينة يجب ان لا يتجازوها قائد الطائرة . لانه لو تجاوزها راح تسبب له عملية stall .
● مصطلح انهيار الطائرة هو (Aircraft Stall)
يحدث عند انخفاض سرعة الطائرة ، مع ارتفاع مقدمة الطائرة بشكل يجعل الهواء غير قادر على حمل الجناح ، مما يعني سقوط الطائرة بشكل سريع.
هناك انظمة وضعت بالطائرة لتنبيه الطيار في حالة اقترابه من الانهيار وهي اما صوتيه كأصدار صوت صافرة أو اهتزاز مقود الطائرة .
